Established in 2017, the TARA Training Centre is dedicated to equipping individuals with the specialized skill set required to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children.

We recognize the critical importance of continuous learning and development in the field of Child Care. That's why the TARA Training Centre conducts 12-14 training sessions annually, ensuring that every TARA associate is well-prepared to navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by their roles. Our training programs are meticulously designed to cover a wide spectrum of essential professional tools, enabling our trainees to excel in their responsibilities.

Handling emergency situations: From Fire Safety to Earthquake Safety and First Aid, our training empowers employees to respond effectively in urgent situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under their care.
Legal Understanding: Our training includes in-depth sessions on Acts such as the JJ Act and POSCO, deepening participants' knowledge of child-related legislation. This knowledge equips them to navigate legal complexities in their day-to-day work.
Professional Skills: Communication and Organizational Skills serve as essential tools that actively help our associates in their daily tasks and projects.
Language Enrichment: We also offer weekly language classes to operational staff, enhancing their ability to communicate effectively.
